Working Together

The body is clever. It finds a way with whatever is available. And it is always working in your favor.

Somewhere along, most of us stopped trusting it. We learned to hand our curiosity over. I'd like to help you take it back.

In a session we talk, and then I use muscle testing to ask your body questions. Your first session runs about two hours. We'll explore what needs attention first and make a plan.

After that, you decide how often we meet and how deep you want to go.

I work with people of all walks of life. I also work with animals, in office and from a distance.

On The Biofield

Bioenergetic work starts from the idea that the body is not only chemistry and structure, but also a field of energy and information. So "healthy" doesn't just mean the parts are intact, but also that the whole is coherent.

Form and Field

Think of a riverbed and a river. Conventional medicine is extraordinarily attentive to the riverbed: anatomy, biochemistry, the physical structures we can see and measure. Bioenergetic work is as attentive to the river: the movement, the patterns. A river is held by the banks, and banks are shaped by the river. Seeing both gives a fuller picture.

Bioenergetic work is a complementary practice. It is not a medical treatment, and I don't present it as a substitute for medical care. I hold it with curiosity and respect, alongside everything else I bring: clinical training, careful listening, and honesty about what is established and what is still being explored.

Functional medicine taught me to see the body as a web of connected systems and to ask what is driving a pattern, not just what to call it.

Emergency medicine taught me to triage, to recognize patterns quickly, to know what can't wait and what can. It taught me humility. The body surprises you.

Midwifery taught me patience, presence, and trust in the body's own intelligence. Most of the work, most of the time, is to support a process and recognize when it needs us.

Energetic medicine taught me to value and listen to what lives underneath and alongside the measurable: the felt sense, the qualities, the way life shows up in a person.

Many Lines Of Listening

The Village Healer

You can reach out between sessions when something comes up. A rough night, a new symptom, a life change, a decision you're weighing, dental work, a tick bite. When you know you can reach out, you stop waiting until things are too hard. When I know your baseline, I notice change sooner.

This is the heart of how I work and the oldest model of care: someone in your community who knows things, and knows you, and cares.
